Shipping Policy

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. But there are restrictions on some of our products to certain international destinations, to where they cannot be shipped. Please note, point 4, in our business terms and conditions. also written below.


Important note for customers: It is your responsibility to check on the legal situation and import regulations of your country before sending 'BIOHORTI S.L.U. BioTabs' your order, in any form, including, but not limited to; Telephone, Fax, Purchase Orders or Website ordering. We incur no liability for goods confiscated by CUSTOMS which contravene the import regulation of your country.

All orders are shipped within 48 hours, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, once your payment has been received.
All shipments shall be delivered within 8 days, if within the European Union. For deliveries outside of the EU, eg. America, north and south, Austral Asia & Russia etc. the shipment could take up to 30 days.


We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

  • DHL
  • DPD
  • PostNL

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is a constant rate. But depends if your shipping within or external to the the European Union or outside.

  • For inside the EU, fixed shipping rate is: €12.50 per order
  • For outside the EU fixed shipping rate is: €50.00 per order
(This will be converted to the customer preferred currency, if not EUROS)

Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be and you will have a chance to not place the order if you decide not to.

Shipping Notes

  • All shipments require a street address, postcode, city, country and telephone number.
  • BIOHORTI S.L.U. BioTabs is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping information. So be sure to double-check all your provided details.
  • Any unforeseen circumstances can cause shipments to be delayed.

We recommend, your creating an account on the website, where you manage all your addresses and orders.
